Pre Conference Workshops:

If you are attending the pre-conference workshops on Friday, June 22nd, please add an additional $5 to your conference fee for each person attending.

Guests:

If you are bringing guests, please add the full conference fee per guest if they are attending the conference AND activities. The fee will be reduced if your guest(s) is/are attending the dinner only - OR - choose the reception + dinner option if your guest is coming in Friday night and would only like to meet and greet your fellow weather fanatics and attend the dinner.

The cost for a discounted room is $105/night + tax .  This is for a double or one King bed. 

You may reserve your room online or by phone (1-800-HOTELS-1, or if you’re in the local Philadelphia area: 1-610-521-5900). 

The Eastern US Weather discount code is already there for you under the "Check Rates & Availability" header.  If not, you can manually enter in the group code: easeasa.  If calling, make sure you use the group code "Eastern US Weather."

If you are rooming with someone, ONLY ONE OF YOU needs to indicate that you will need a room on the registration form.  That person needs to then call and reserve the room.

Any registrations on or after May 1, 2007 MUST pay the full fee amount of $145.00 at time of registration.
