You don't need any special link to see Accuweather bloopers.
Just go to the main page, click on the link to launch the video player (on the left) and then click the bloopers on the bottom.
It's not like it's some bootleg and they are embarrassed. They publish them themselves.

I looked hard and cannot find this exact blooper tape on their website. (There are however, many other blooper videos)Also note that most of the cursing was not totally bleeped out on this tape. Just shows you what you can get away with at Accuweather.

LOL. I used to see those all the time. Bernie's a really cool guy and I really like him, but he is so stressed out and overworked. I used to watch him in the satellite room while they are recording these and it used to crack me up.
And by the way, these are not live hits, they are recorded. So, no one would see them in the places they are meant for. These probably are either for cell phone weather products or AccuWeather's product for small stations that do not have the budget for a weekend met or when their met goes on vacation. They are recorded and then sent to the station on a short delay.
And if you guys think this is limited to just AccuWx, you should see some of the funny stuff that goes up on satellite feeds prior to mass broadcast (including the president flipping the bird).
Just injecting some reality into all of this in case anyone thinks that this went out over live broadcast.

I can't believe this.
My rule was, and is, never say anything with a microphone on, that you don't want the whole world and your mother to hear. The history of TV is full of people who broke this rule and paid dearly for it.
I'm guessing that Accu-eff doesn't do any of these live and they just get into sloppy habits.
If I were the Grand Poohbah of Accu-Eff, I would never let either of these guys go on live...EVER.

They do these sorts of things live, but these are particular products that are taped, like the video on the site.
I agree, you don't want to do that sort of thing as stuff like that will come up, especially in these times.
Both Bernie and Jim have done live hits for AccuWeather and have done quite well with them, by the way.

Jim Kosick...the little weather nerd with a truck driver's vocabulary.
Bernie Rayno...to sum it up: scary. I wouldn't trust this guy to watch my pet guinea pig for the weekend. It also doesn't say anything in his Accuwx biography about being married. What a big surprise.

I thought this was a good move for us to show some of our more... er... human side. You are correct that most of these were for the videos that we show in our video player or on ther Verizon network, so most never had a chance of going "on-air" but they are very similar. Ironically, the guy who sits next to me here just showed me the new blooper reel, which is great. Stay tuned.
While we're on the subject, my favorite TWC blooper that I saw live was when Kristen Dodd accidentally snapped a windshield wiper off a car during an ice storm. And once when I was on vacation in Wilmington, NC, an irate employee took over the local WeatherStar system (apparently) and started printing profanities in the local forecast area.
