Dig baby Dig---we need a severe PNA for this to affect DCA or were getting Miller B'D

as I said to Wes in January--I doubt DC ever seen accumulating snow again

Looks like 2 feet for Vermont and 0" for I95 south of ME. What a waste of cold air.
