Garden State Parkway in NJ Closed due to flooding!

I hear reports they closed the parkway in ocean county NJ.
Anyone have any reports from that area.
The dopplar radar from the area shows they got 6-8inches of rain in a few hours.
The flooding down there must be so bad, for them to completely close it up.

that damn rain, it just keeps filling in, some very heavy rain over eastern long island right now

We got a break now after 2-3 hours of steady, moderate rain.

Radar estimates of 6-7" over eastern Long Island. Reports now of road washouts in the area.

I think you got more.... my rain gauge says I got 2.40" (total).
